It is understood the Kenyan international will pen a one-year deal with the club from Gaspo FC.

According to Nation Sport, Vivian will jet out of the country on Wednesday, January 22, to Spain to complete the move.

“I’m really excited about joining Atletico, although it’s a Division one club, the experience and exposure will be worth it,” Nation quoted the 21-year-old.

“My job is to now focus on doing my best to continue inspiring young upcoming women footballers and flying the Kenyan flag high,” she added.

Vivian has been a standout squad member in Starlets team set up and was part of the contingent that won the CECAFA Women’s Senior Challenge Cup after beating champions Tanzania 2-0 in the final at the Chamazi Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
