MANCHESTER CITY VS SOUTHAMPTON
City have dropped points just twice in the league this season, in draws with Liverpool and Wolves while they have lost just once across all competitions, when they fell to Lyon in the Champions League.
Manchester City have four wins over Southampton in the last six meetings and playing at home, they will definitely be favorites here, also looking at their recent form.

City have averaged 3.6 goals per game at home in the league and face a Southampton side that has been goal – shy, and with no goal in the last five league matches.
A clean sheet for City is expected here and given Southampton have had a whole week to prepare without midweek interruptions, we expect some freshness in the team, as well as a defensive approach to this game.
A correct score of 2 – 0 for City could do here.
CHELSEA VS CRYSTAL PALACE
Chelsea have the edge here, but one aspect that Crystal Palace will want to focus on is the fact that the Blues have been letting in goals. In the last five home league matches, Chelsea have managed just one clean sheet, and twice they have let in two goals.
Coming from a 2 – 2 draw with Arsenal in their last league game, Palace will feel they have enough to challenge the Blues but they will have concerns about their own defence with Chelsea having scored an average of three goals per game in the last five league matches.
We see a situation where both teams will score here but Chelsea will win.
A correct score of 3 – 1 for Chelsea could do as well.
