Benjamin Nyangweso who is the Ulinzi head coach made claims that the player had joined the training school of the KDF side but FIFA remained calm until recently when they banned the player from participating in football activity.
“We signed a player whom we believed would be a quality addition in the team in the subsequent seasons. We were not aware like anybody else that he had been involved in match-fixing. The communication from Fifa came late but I am not in a position to comment on the issue,” said the 2010 league winning tactician.
